Method
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice bananas into 1/2-inch thick rounds and place on the sheet.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each banana round halfway into the melted chocolate, then place back on the sheet.
- Sprinkle with desired toppings while chocolate is still wet.
- Freeze for 10 minutes until chocolate is set.
- Serve immediately or store in the freezer.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Let thaw for 2 minutes before eating for a softer texture.
