Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup dried apricots chopped
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips gluten free certified
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds.
  2. Add the dried cranberries and chopped dried apricots. Stir to mix evenly.
  3. Fold in the dark chocolate chips and coconut flakes until well distributed.
  4. Transfer the trail mix to an airtight container for storage.
  5. Serve immediately or store for later.
