- In a large bowl, toss apple slices with lemon juice, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg until evenly coated. Spread apples evenly in the prepared dish.

- Sprinkle crumble topping evenly over the apples.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, until apples are tender and topping is golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Serve warm, optionally with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
